I love that this article tells the truth about what will happen to your body post baby. I am still amazed at how much our society judges and glamorizes celebs for how much weight they have or have not lost and just how wrong the information is.
Pounds did not fall off of me in breastfeeding like so many say. I love that this article emphasizes that each of us are different and will see different results. It is a great guide. Check it out!

- Admit it. Most nursing bras are kind of industrial-looking. At least that is what I thought when I was shopping around for a nursing bra. I also found that while breastfeeding is natural and wonderful, it is also difficult and complex and sometimes it really hurts! The best advice I could find was to use warm compresses before nursing and cold compresses afterwards.
